POTENTIAL MUTANTS

All of the artwork in this installation ties two aesthetic modes together: the mode of geology and climate (caves, clouds, landscapes), and the mode of human-made form (architectural models, design, isometric systems). My aesthetic goal is to meld, mutate, and juxtapose these disparate ideas into something that is perhaps uncanny, chimerical, or simply other than what came before.
